When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You may also choose to upgrade to Expedited delivery for an additional charge.
We currently offer two shipping options within the United States. You may choose Standard Ground or Expedited Service. If you choose Standard Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days after being fulfilled. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. Please be aware that some items must be transferred from one of the Shop Ayda 3PL locations, which may cause a delay of up to three business days. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a signature for all packages. You have the option to waive the signature under the special instructions section. However, if you choose to waive the signature, Shop Ayda will no longer be responsible for any lost, stolen, ,misplaced, or damaged packages. Shop Ayda currently offers international shipping to most countries. Cost that does not include duties and taxes. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon receiving the package. We have plans to make this a better, more flexible, rate in the near future.

To check the status of your order please refer to either the email you receive once the order has been fulfilled or login to your account on our website and gather your order information there.

Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.UPS.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS's web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Expedited orders placed after 12 noon PST are processed the following business day.
- Expedited delivery only occurs on business days Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
