Our Guide to Family Fitness

In honor of Family Fitness Week, we’ve highlighted a few of our favorite ways to get the whole family moving!

Yoga

Yoga is a great low impact exercise that the whole family can enjoy. We love Vinyasa flow, which allows you to set your own pace and flow. Modifications are easy and welcomed. The whole family will leave feeling re-centered and refreshed. For an extra challenge try a heated studio!

Here are a few of our favorite at home workouts:

Corepower on Demand - great for workouts on the go and lots of options for every level!

YogaWorks - From cardio and strength training to meditation and everything in between. Great for all ages and skill levels.

Hiking

Hiking is an easy way to get the whole family out of the house and into the sun! Even our four-legged family members get to join. We always end our hikes with an ice cream trip to balance out all of our hard work but you can substitute for a smoothie or a glass of rosé. Whatever gets you outside right?

Here are hiking guides for some of our favorite cities:

Biking

We love a family bike ride for when you just can't with hiking. This is another great low impact workout that can be as easy or as challenging as you want to make it. The kids can even substitute two wheels for four wheels if they want the extra challenge. I'll be sticking to the bike.

We always pair these workouts with our Double-Up Hat and the Win-Breaker for that extra layer.

Enjoy!!
