SHIPPING

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You may also choose to upgrade to Expedited delivery for an additional charge. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to reach out to  support@shopayda.com

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently offer two shipping options within the United States. You may choose Standard Ground or Expedited Service. If you choose Standard Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days after being fulfilled. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. Please be aware that some items must be transferred from one of the Shop Ayda 3PL locations, which may cause a delay of up to three business days. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a signature for all packages. You have the option to waive the signature under the special instructions section. However, if you choose to waive the signature, Shop Ayda will no longer be responsible for any lost, stolen, ,misplaced, or damaged packages. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shop Ayda currently offers international shipping to most countries. Cost that does not include duties and taxes. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon receiving the package. We have plans to make this a better, more flexible, rate in the near future. 

TRACK MY PACKAGE

Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.UPS.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS's web site.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Expedited orders placed after 12 noon PST are processed the following business day.
  • Expedited delivery only occurs on business days Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

To check the status of your International order please refer to either the email you receive once the order has been fulfilled or login to your account on our website and gather your order information there.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns

All products that are not listed as "Final Sale" have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after your item is delivered to request a return for a refund back to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit will be offered up to 30 days after your items are delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a valid order number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply head to our Returns Center with your order number and zip code. If your return is accepted, you'll be able to generate and print a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We currently do not accept international returns. Only items shipping from the United States to the United States will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the product page for more details on where your item is shipping from.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item at this time, you'll need to generate a return request and send your item back for approval to receive a refund to your original form of payment. You can generate a return shipping label for your unwanted item immediately at our Returns Center. You can track the status of your returned item and purchase a new item on the shop. Need more help? REFUNDS

We are not accepting international returns at this time. If shipping outside of the United States, we will not be able to process the return of your items. You can always contact us for any return question atsupport@shopayda.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
