FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed. But if you have made a mistake on your order or entered your shipping information incorrectly, please reach out as soon as possible at support@shopayda.com. Unfortunately, because our Mom's work hard to pack and ship out Ayda orders as fast as possible, we may not be able to edit your order if our team has already dispatched the order to you. But we will do our best! Ayda Activewear cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

We love to travel and so does our gear! We ship internationally - simply choose your international shipping speed at checkout. Depending on where our gear is going, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order for the destination country. This will be determined by your local customs office and additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer.

Even though we try our best, sometimes we don't get it just right! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team and we will make it right as soon as possible.

Keep an eye on that e-mail for your order confirmation, and all updates on your carefully picked Ayda items. Once our team packs and ships out your order, you'll receive a notification with tracking information.

You can shop and ship to any country! But our prices are indicated in $USD and transactions will be in $USD when you checkout, meaning your card will be charged in $USD.
