FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed. But if you have made a mistake on your order or entered your shipping information incorrectly, please reach out as soon as possible at email@example.com. Unfortunately, because our Mom's work hard to pack and ship out Ayda orders as fast as possible, we may not be able to edit your order if our team has already dispatched the order to you. But we will do our best! Ayda Activewear cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
We love to travel and so does our gear! We ship internationally - simply choose your international shipping speed at checkout. Depending on where our gear is going, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order for the destination country. This will be determined by your local customs office and additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer.

Even though we try our best, sometimes we don't get it just right! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team and we will make it right as soon as possible.
Keep an eye on that e-mail for your order confirmation, and all updates on your carefully picked Ayda items. Once our team packs and ships out your order, you'll receive a notification with tracking information.
You can shop and ship to any country! But our prices are indicated in $USD and transactions will be in $USD when you checkout, meaning your card will be charged in $USD.
SAMPLE SALE: All items included in our summer sample sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a valid order number as proof of purchase. To start a return, simply head to our Returns Center with your order number and zip code. If your return is accepted, you'll be able to generate and print a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We currently do not accept international returns. Only items shipping from the United States to the United States will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the product page for more details on where your item is shipping from.
To exchange an item at this time, you'll need to generate a return request and send your item back for approval to receive a refund to your original form of payment. You can generate a return shipping label for your unwanted item immediately at our Returns Center. You can track the status of your returned item and purchase a new item on the shop. Need more help? We are not accepting international returns at this time. If shipping outside of the United States, we will not be able to process the return of your items. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
